Information we collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect the fields you provide: name, email, business name, business stage, and your project message. This information is sent to our form handling service and stored so we can reply to your enquiry.
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated as part of our site infrastructure. We retain submissions only as long as needed to respond, manage the project conversation, and meet reasonable business record-keeping needs. You may ask us to delete your submission by emailing hello@clixfeed.in.
Analytics and usage events
We may record limited, privacy-conscious analytics events to understand how the site is used — for example, successful form submissions and clicks on outbound links such as our Instagram profile. These events are intended to measure site behaviour, not to build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site as described in our launch configuration.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Cloudflare may process similar technical data as our hosting and security provider.
How we use your information
- To respond to project enquiries and communicate about potential work
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To understand aggregate usage patterns through analytics events
We use contact details only for project-related communication unless you agree otherwise.
Legal basis
We process contact form data based on your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing by contacting us.
Sharing with service providers
Form data and site infrastructure are handled through Cloudflare (hosting, Workers, and D1 storage). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the site and form functionality. We do not share enquiry details with unrelated third parties for marketing.
Security
We use HTTPS, server-side validation, and spam protection measures on the contact form. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we take reasonable steps to protect information we hold.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Email hello@clixfeed.in with your request.
Children
This site is intended for business enquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
